01 / My journey
Curiosity started it.
Building shaped it.
I began with engineering and design. Over time, my work took me into sales, marketing, telecom and business leadership—and then into building manufacturing operations in Europe.
The settings have changed. The thread remains: understand the problem, bring the right people together, and stay close to the details that make a plan work.
02 / Projects & impact
From the first decision
to a working business.
01 / Września, Poland
Building a European
manufacturing base.
From site selection and construction to production and expansion: the Poland project brings together engineering, commercial judgement and the commitment of a growing team.
02 / Rétság, Hungary
Taking the next step
across borders.
A new manufacturing operation in Hungary, built through the coordinated work of colleagues, partners and local stakeholders.
03 / Recycling & innovation
A different future for multilayer plastics.
Exploring the practical challenge of recovering value from materials that are difficult to recycle.
03 / My approach
Good ideas need judgement.
Great work needs people.
01
Understand it deeply.
Engineering taught me to ask questions, test assumptions and pay attention to how things actually work.
02
Connect the whole picture.
Technical choices matter most when they serve customers, a sound business and disciplined execution.
03
Build with people.
Progress depends on capable teams, clear responsibilities and trust earned through the everyday work.
