I began with engineering and design. The journey that followed took me through consumer businesses, telecom and manufacturing—and from India to Europe.

I enjoy understanding how things work—and how they can work better. That curiosity has stayed with me as my responsibilities have moved from products and customers to businesses and manufacturing operations.
Each setting has taught me something different: the discipline of design, the importance of listening to customers, and the patience needed to turn a large plan into everyday work.
Leadership, for me, connects those lessons. It means setting a clear direction, making considered decisions and creating the conditions in which people can do their best work.
Where I contribute.
My experience includes establishing and turning around businesses, leading profit-centre operations, managing investment and return-on-investment responsibilities, and taking projects from planning through execution.
It also spans business negotiations and partnerships, joint ventures, market intelligence, revenue and channel development, branding, customer relationships, governance and statutory compliance. Across these responsibilities, building capable teams and developing the next generation of leaders remain central to my approach.
